March 11, 2021
The Tennessee Tech Board of Trustees will meet at Tennessee Tech University on March 11, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. (CST) for its regular meeting. The Executive Committee will meet on March 11 at 8:30 a.m. (CST). The Academic & Student Affairs Committee will meet following the Executive Committee meeting and the Audit & Business Committee meeting will follow the Academic & Student Affairs Committee meeting.
All meetings will take place in Roaden University Center, Room 282. Meetings will be conducted permitting Trustees participation by electronic or other means of communication. Additional information regarding the meetings can be found at https://www.tntech.edu/board/

The Putnam County Beer Board will meet in special session on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Putnam County Clerk's office, 121 South Dixie Avenue, Cookeville, Tennessee to consider the following:Application of:

PUBLIC NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
to all residents of Cookeville, Tennessee, and to all persons interested that, to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Tennesseans in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, as authorized by Executive Order, beginning March 1,2021 and until further notice, the Open, Public Regular Meetings/Work Sessions of the Cookeville City Council may, if authorized by the extension of Executive Order and deemed appropriate, be conducted via electronic means.
Unless notice is given otherwise, the Cookeville City Council meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Cookeville Municipal Building, 45 E. Broad St. To promote social distancing, public access to meetings will be limited. Agendas, live stream broadcast, and meeting videos can be accessed at www.cookeville-tn.gov
Open, Public Regular Meetings of the Cookeville City Council conducted via electronic means may be accessed by calling 1-301-715-8592 & entering meeting ID 3086713762.
There will be considered at such meetings/work sessions all matters which may properly be considered at Open, Regular Meetings/Work Sessions of the Cookeville City Council.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-108, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
The City of Cookeville is accepting sealed bids (facsimiles not accepted) from qualified vendors which are approved by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations (TBI) to provide, install, train, and maintain the following item:Electronic Live-Scan

The sealed proposal must be submitted to the Cookeville City Clerk, 45 E. Broad St, Cookeville, TN 38501 no later than 10:00 am on March 8, 2021. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked:SEALED BID – LIVE-SCAN FINGERPRINTING SYSTEM – POLICE
The winning bid shall be binding for a period of one year from the date of the bid opening. The bids will be opened at the Cookeville Municipal Building at 10:00am on March 8, 2021. Any proposals received after this time will not be considered. State bids will be considered. The City of Cookeville and the Cookeville Police Department reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
